Cancelation & Refund Policy

Order Cancelations

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@ameriqueue.com or call (210) 726-8788.

  • After Shipment:
    If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item has been delivered (see return policy below).

Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-printed stanchions or accessories

    • Clearance or final sale items

  • Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
